Who We Are
"Our way is reciprocity. The way is wholeness. Our way knows no oppression. The way destroys oppression. Our way is hospitable to guests. The way repels destroyers. Our way produces before it consumes. The way produces far more than it consumes. Our way creates. The way destroys only destruction."
-- Ayi Kwei Armah

Our purpose is to reveal TRUTH, produce JUSTICE, produce CORRECTNESS...with the ultimate purpose being to produce PEACE in the known universe.

We are deliverers of information. Through collective work (Ujima) we present a forum for conscious thought and practice used as a tool for self-determination (Kujichagulia). We speak and write honest and simple truth. We speak and write truth to re-educate those who have been poisoned by european so-called education. We provide information to re-build BlackMindPower instigating work, study, creativity and building. We examine past struggle so we can overcome current struggle. We honor and respect the work put forth by our elders and ancestors as to continue the work.

Our true work, as grassroots teachers is to reintroduce every progressive concept we knew and practiced, that by acculturation/assimilation has been forgotten. Our purpose is to uphold the principles of the BlackValueSystem (Nguzo Saba) and practice them daily. Our duty is to our people. Our work is of us and for us. Our goal is BlackWorldUnity (Umoja). Our primary concern is action. Lets get to work!

Pan-Afrikanist / BlackNationalist / Afrikan Socialist (Ujamaa)

"Our ideology, is just that, a working set of directives based upon a historical and futuristic assessment of our situation using Afrikan tradition and logic. That's why we say we're Pan-Afrikanists, BlackNationalists, and Afrikan Socialists (UJAMAA); all three areas are connecting and embody knowledge of the present and past, presenting a workable plan for tomorrow for all Afrikans wherever they are.

To say we are Pan-Afrikanists is not visionary thinking or theorizing. We believe in one Afrika and the oneness of Afrikan people. As BlackNationalists we believe we must nationalize our thoughts and actions, must establish a national-international Black thought -- international BlackMovement... As Afrikan Socialists, we must go back to the original Afrikan communalism -- the basis of all humane governmental systems, the willingness to share and work together, Ujamaa and Ujima."
